It’s what we believe in. It’s what we back our RVs with. It’s even in our greeting as we answer the phone. We are the home of the lifetime warranty. The NAE/NWAN RV Warranty Forever program at Johnston RV Center is the best in the business, and if you’re thinking of buying an RV this year, we can tell you how to use it to protect your investment. Let’s start with a few of our frequently asked questions (and some straightforward answers) for the best RV lifetime warranty.
Question 1: What does it cost to add to my purchase?
Absolutely nothing. We purchase the coverage on our customer’s behalf and include it on all new RVs and qualifying pre-owned RVs that are two years old or less. Following the maintenance schedule outlined in your warranty agreement—including a yearly inspection which can be performed at any licensed repair facility—is required to keep the coverage active.
Question 2: What does it cover?
As long as your RV is up-to-date on yearly inspections, all major components are covered. Suspension, brakes, deluxe appliances, water system, kitchen center components (like your fridge, oven, microwave, and more), LP gas system, manual leveling jacks, heating system, and A/C components.
Question 3: What is the deductible?
There isn’t one! Parts and labor are 100% covered.
Question 4: Why do I need yearly inspections?
Proper maintenance is essential for a healthy RV and optimum travel experience. Yearly inspections reduce the likelihood of a breakdown or future large scale damage.
Question 5: How do I make a claim?
Make an appointment with us (or any licensed repair facility)! If you use a service center you didn’t purchase from, just bring a copy of your RV Warranty Forever agreement with you. The claims process is quick and easy, and NAE/NWAN claims specialists are also available six days a week if you need additional assistance.
